A small studio, deliberately.
Folkex is a team of engineers and designers who prefer shipping to slideware. We work directly with the people who will use what we build.
We started Folkex because too much software is delivered as a demo and abandoned at the handover. Our work is judged by what is still running a year later.
That shapes how we operate: small teams, direct access to decision makers, short delivery cycles, and an explicit plan for who maintains the system after us. We take on fewer projects than we could, so the ones we take get the senior people.
