Challenge
Coordinators spent hours a day searching across spreadsheets, PDFs and a legacy ERP to answer routine questions about shipments and exceptions.
What we built
We consolidated the sources into a single search layer, built a retrieval assistant with strict source citations, and wrapped it in a lightweight web app with role-based access.
Results
Average lookup time dropped from minutes to seconds, and the coordination team handles a third more volume without new hires.
