Start with one workflow, not an AI strategy
The fastest way to get value from AI is to pick a single painful workflow and finish it end to end.
Most AI programmes stall because they begin as a strategy document rather than a workflow.
Pick one task people repeat every day. Measure how long it takes now. Build the narrowest possible system that does it end to end, including the unglamorous parts: access, data cleanup, review steps, and a way for a person to correct the output.
When that one workflow is running in production and the numbers moved, the second one is easier to fund and faster to build. A strategy assembled from three shipped workflows is worth more than one written in advance.
